A bridge between hospital and home
The period after discharge can be difficult when someone is not quite ready to manage alone. A transitional stay offers time, comfort and help throughout the day and night.

Availability and assessment
All stays depend on a suitable room being available and a care assessment confirming that Nettlestead can safely meet the person’s needs. Short-term fees carry a 5% surcharge and stays are normally limited to four weeks.
We will explain the likely cost clearly before anything is agreed.
