Weekly room fees from £1,364 to £2,176
The fee depends on the room selected. Prices below are per room, per week and are taken from Nettlestead’s current published price guide.
Availability changes, so please ask us to confirm which rooms are available and provide a written quotation before making a decision.
A personal written quotation
Before care begins, we explain the agreed room fee, what it includes and whether any personal expenses or additional services apply.
Short stays: normally up to four weeks, with a 5% short-stay surcharge, subject to room availability and assessment.

Useful details before care begins
These points summarise the current published pricing information. The signed agreement and full terms and conditions take precedence.
Short-term and respite stays
Short-term care is normally available for up to four weeks, subject to assessment and room availability. A 5% surcharge applies because of the additional administration and room-changeover time.
Payment and deposit
The initial invoice is payable within seven days. Thereafter fees are paid in advance by standing order. Long-term residents pay a four-week deposit, refundable when the room is cleared at the end of the residency, less any outstanding charges. The deposit does not apply to short-term stays of up to 28 days.
What the weekly fee includes
Prices are per room, per week and include furnished accommodation, meals, personal care, entertainment, activities and laundry. Residents are welcome to bring personal furniture, pictures and familiar belongings.
Double occupancy
Selected rooms can accommodate friends or couples. A 33.3% surcharge applies for double occupancy.
Telephones and personal extras
A direct-dial bedroom telephone costs £15 per month and includes unlimited calls to non-premium UK landlines. Residents can also use a complimentary monthly account for personal items purchased on their behalf.
Late payment
Interest is charged on overdue balances at 5% above the Bank of England Base Rate.
