Care shaped around changing needs
Nettlestead supports some residents living with a range of age-related conditions, always following a full individual assessment.

The right care starts with a proper assessment
Every person is different, including people with the same diagnosis. Before offering a place, we take time to understand health, mobility, medication, communication, routines and the involvement of family and healthcare professionals.
Nettlestead provides residential care rather than full nursing care. We work with GPs, district nurses and other professionals where appropriate, and we will always be clear about what we can and cannot safely provide.
Start with the person, not the condition
These pages explain our general approach. They are not a promise that Nettlestead can meet every need; a full assessment is always required.
